Q: I have 3 questions: 1) I will be flying in from the EastCoast, hence would prefer to arrive in SFO, the evening before the tour starts. What extra cost would this entail? 2) Can I get picked up at Oakland airport? 3) Can I get a drop in Fremont/ Newark, instead of SFO airport?

It is best that you can please arrange your flight into SFO airport on the first day of the tour before 10:00am as the complimentary airport pick up is included during that period. If you arrive at OAK airport one day prior to the departure, we can also arrange the airport pick up and hotel extension for you, but with extra cost.
Please include the request in the comment when you are making the reservation online and we will quote for your party accordingly. We can not guarantee a drop off at Fremont or Newark. However, you can definitely request the tour guide to drop off you at a nearest point to your place.

You can definitely take our US tours if you are in the USA. We would need you to show us a valid photo I.D. or Driver's license or passport to start your tour. We do not take any documentation from you at the start of each tour. Once you show the I.D. to us, we would give you the document back.

Q: Can we travel by low cost flight back from San francisco/ Yosemite National park to Los Angeles(at our own arrangement and cost)? If so, would you be able to arrange transfer between hotel and airport? If we join the tour package starting on Saturday, on which day will we be travelling back from San Francisco to Los Angeles? we 'll need to know the actual day in order to book air tickets if my suggestion above is feasible. Do you mean you will fly back instead of driving back by bus? We will not be able to drive you to SFO after the Yosemite tour. You will have to self transfer back to SFO. You can leave at SFO early and miss the Yosemite tour if you like.
Which saturday are you referring to? This coming Saturday? If it is this coming saturday, you would come back August 1st.
Please do not book the flight tickets until we can confirm spots for you on this tour.

Traveling from Los Angeles to San Francisco does take about 6 hours. However, we do make many scenic stops and pit stops along the way. If you are worried your children will get bored, just let them carry on hand held gaming devices or just let them enjoy the constantly changing scenery of the American landscape.
This tour does stop at Solvang and Hearst Castle along the way. Boredom should not be a problem.
We can definitely book 2 rooms for you. They will be in the same hotel, however; we cannot guarantee they will be side by side.
Buy 2 get 1 free only works if you have 3 people sharing 1 room. The price quote will reflect this discount.

Q: Hi, there are couple of questions we would like to ask. 1. The pricing page doesn't seems to have the pricing for 2011. Will you be operating during 1 Jan - 7 Jan? And will the pricing be the same? 2. We will most likely be arriving in LA in the afternoon of the 1st. Will we have the chance to tour LA? We will be leaving to Las Vegas in the morning of the 2nd day right? 3. We noted that the day-to-day itinerary might vary a bit, but will the main route and sequence be the same? We are planning to leave the tour on the 7th day and stay in Yosemite. It is possible to leave the tour without returning to LA right? This tour package is available on every Tuesday and Saturday all year around. The 2011 new schedule should be available at the end of September with new rate. You can please visit us again then.
The first day is only for airport pick up to hotel. You can add the following city tour onto your reservation if you would like it.

6:45am Chinatown Senior Citizen Center will be the closest pick-up location for you. The tour will go to Hoover Dam on day 2 as stated in the itinerary. However, breakfast is not included in the hotel for this tour.
